Shipping and Returns

    When will my order ship?

    All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days upon receipt of order. Orders are not processed on weekends or any major US or Canadian holidays.

    United States based clients can expect their packages delivered within 7-10 days from the time the order is made.

    We do not ship to PO boxes.

    Shipping costs

    Cylene offers free ground shipping within the continental USA. We also ship to CANADA and most EU countries. International shipping can sometimes incur additional costs, i.e., taxes, duties and customs fees. These charges can vary and are not easily calculated at time of sale. Clients should be prepared to pay these fees at time of delivery. We are not responsible for the additional fees charged within your country by local customs and duties.

    order tracking

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. If you are unable to locate this email or you have yet to receive your tracking details within 24 hours of placing your order, please email us at CS@CYLENE.world and someone will follow up with you directly.

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    If you are unsatisfied with your order, we will do everything within our capacity to assist or rectify the situation. Please email us directly at CS@CYLENE.WORLD for immediate assistance with your order.

    For safety and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept opened and used products but we would love if you share it with someone in need to minimize waste.

    LOST OR DAMAGED

    If your package is lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages accompanied by proof of delivery.
